Christine met Scott in 1984 while working at a local construction office in Thousand Oaks, CA. She worked in the accounting end of the construction industry for several years before moving into the escrow industry. Christine and Scott have three children...

At Rhino Construction we have the entire package regarding licenses, insurance’s, certifications and experience required to operate as a California Licensed General Contractor. Check us out on the State’s website, Rhino Construction has held its license (CA #632205) since 1991 with no complaints or judgments against them, EVER.

He's big, he's burly. He's straightforward and can be brusque, but Scott's honest as the day is long.
