When he says he'll be at your project at 10 AM, he'll e there by 9:55 AM. Everytime. When he says a project will cost $10,000, expect $9,000 or less. Everytime. When he says a supplier didn't meet their promised date, expect to hear that he's standing in their shop until the order is filled.
Search the world, interview whomever you want. I can tell you without a hint of question you will never match or top Scott Reinhardt.

Business Practices and Contracting Requirements
Is your contractor a California Certified Renovator? YES we are !!! At Rhino Construction we have the entire package regarding licenses, insurance’s, certifications and experience required to operate as a California Licensed General Contractor. Check us out on the State’s website, Rhino Construction has held its license (CA #632205) since 1991 with no complaints or judgments against them, EVER. Check everyone that enters your home. Make sure the contractor is not claiming he is exempt from workers comp. insurance and then allowing his employees to come into your home to work. We support contractors that make their living thru proper licensing and appropriate insurance with fair pricing. We don’t want to be part of the underground industry building homes, making improvements and not contributing to the community. Our company donates time and money to our local youth programs in our home town.
